While the present times had been filled with war-torn epics, it would not all be in vain. In a thousand years, peace was the dominator. Millenium City and its Time Force police had created a social utopia where humans are genetically re-engineered with special attributes.

But as with the balance of life, with good there must be evil. And life found a way when a lab accident resulted in the birth of a criminal Time Force would know as Ransik. Horribly mutated, Ransik was abandoned by society and left in its shadows. He'd later find others like himself and unite them.

As time ensued, Time Force's top soldier, Alex Drake, aided in reprehending these mutant outlaws, containing them in prison via cryogenically freezing them into smaller compact versions of themselves. Alex, assuming the identity of the Red Time Force Ranger, was on the verge of caputuring the mutant ringleader himself- Ransik.

Ransik had one final plan in mind to ensure his domination over the humans. In his possession was a time dialation device capable of sending him and his remaining crew to any time period of their choosing. Alex intercepted the criminal at the last moment and had an incredible battle for control over time. At the battle's end, following a nerve-wrecking explosion, Ransik walked away in Alex' custody at long last- officially ending Ransik's reign of terror over the city.

Shortly after, Ransik stood trial for all his evil deeds, and was unanymously sentenced to permenant cryo freezing. But even after all this, a devilish smirk ran across Ransik's face.

Meanwhile, Alex was close to setting his sites on other matters- such as proposing to his girlfriend, Jen Scotts, and having a life together once Ransik's sentence was carried out.

In charge of transporting Ransik from the court building to the prison was Lucas, Trip, Katie and Jen. Jen confronted Ransik on his smug attitiude, and he replied in kind with ""

He was even bitten by one known as Venomark, whose bite infected victims with a skin-boiling disease. The only cure was created by Dr. Ferricks, a creator of machines whose life mission was to unify all races and species into harmony. But Ransik had been so twisted with hatred for humanity that he destroyed Ferrick's lab, and him in it, and took off with the serum.

Ferricks was a robotic genius. He saved his own life by rebuilding his body. He would soon assumed the identity of Frax.
